Jesus Heals!

The LORD Jesus Christ is still "the same yesteday, and today, and forever" (Hebrews 13:8).
He still does what he did when he was on earth two thousand years ago. Read MATTHEW 9:1-8; MARK 2:1-12; LUKE 5:17-26

The following account is an example of this Truth.
To God alone be the glory! (Isaiah 42:8).

‘All because of God’s extraordinary power’ Andy Hall, Prayer Coordinator at the British and Foreign Bible Society, with his wife, Carol. He suffered from severe epilepsy, and the resulting negative emotions led him to self-harm. He was greatly helped by Scriptural ‘prescriptions’. Swindon, England. SWINDON, England — As a youngster Andy Hall, now the British and Foreign Bible Society’s Prayer Coordinator, suffered massive epileptic fits and became so depressed that he began to harm himself. Here, he talks about how the Scriptures transformed his life. I was extremely ill with epilepsy in my late teens and early twenties, spending three years in hospital. I would have a lot of fits, sometimes up to 40 a day. This brought on emotional and psychiatric problems and I became very depressed.During one fit I fell through a window and after that I used to deliberately aim at windows and cut myself. The deeper I cut myself, the more I bled and the more relief I would feel. I was sectioned – detained compulsorily in a psychiatric unit for 28 days. I got out but spent three years in hospital, mainly in neurological wards to treat the epilepsy. In 1972, my parents were told that I would be in hospital for the rest of my life, which would be very short anyway. I wouldn’t ever be able to drive a car, get married, have children or take out life insurance. One day, feeling particularly low, I smashed a glass in the bathroom and used it to slit my wrists. I went and sat in the chapel, thinking it would be hours before anyone looked for me, and by that time I would hopefully be dead.
In 1975, still in hospital, I felt I just didn’t want to continue living. For a week I went to sit in the chapel, not because of any religious beliefs, but because it was quiet and cool and no-one bothered me as it was only used on Sundays. One day, feeling particularly low, I smashed a glass in the bathroom and used it to slit my wrists. I went and sat in the chapel, thinking it would be hours before anyone looked for me, and by that time I would hopefully be dead. Within about five minutes a nurse came down from my ward. She said, “Andy, I sense you’re feeling a bit down today. I just wanted to say how much God loves you and that Jesus died for you.” Seeping throughI thought, “Oh no, a religious nut.” My arms were concealed under my dressing gown but the blood started seeping through, so she rushed off to get help. The doctor who dealt with my injuries said to me, “I cannot condone what you have done, but I want to tell you that God loves you and Jesus died for you.” The medical student who stitched me up revealed he was an active member of the hospital Christian Union and I thought this was beyond the realms of coincidence. I said a very arrogant prayer: “OK God, if you’re there, I will go to church for six months. Prove yourself to me.” I felt loved So I went to church, where I met young people who loved God and, for almost the first time in my life, I felt loved. My parents had always loved me, but I was bereft of friends in my school years and the epilepsy had made that worse. People treat epileptics like lepers and I’ve experienced the situation, as in the story of the Good Samaritan, where I have been having a fit on one side of the road and people have crossed to the other to avoid me – and left me to smash my skull on the pavement. So I got very, very lonely. But these young people at church accepted me and all my many hang-ups, and they loved me. I saw the love of Jesus through these people. People treat epileptics like lepers and I’ve experienced the situation, as in the story of the Good Samaritan, where I have been having a fit on one side of the road and people have crossed to the other to avoid me — and left me to smash my skull on the pavement .
Six months later I clearly heard God say, “Get off the fence and decide which side you want to come down on.” I said, “OK God, I give my life to you, for what it’s worth.” My problems with epilepsy continued and during one meeting I had a particularly violent fit. The leader, quietly but with total authority, said, “In the name of Jesus come out.” People can put whatever interpretation they wish on that but I know what happened, and I haven’t had a fit since. The self-harming wasn’t healed as dramatically. That continued for months, and a very wise counsellor used to give me scriptural prescriptions – just a verse or two of Scripture – for me to memorise and use like I would a medical prescription, three times a day. There were a number of them – for example, “My body is the temple of the Holy Spirit”. It’s very difficult to harm yourself when you realise the truth of that. As I spoke these Scriptures out and applied them to my life they brought about a change in my thinking. This went on for months. Even now, 27 years later, when I feel particularly low, I recall those Scriptures and use them again. God is still very real in those verses and Romans 8:37–39 is one I use often. TemptationsThe Scriptures really have changed my life. They were the weapon that Jesus himself used to overcome the temptations. They are powerful and they are authority. Now, all the things people said of me in the 70s have been totally overturned. I have been very happily married for 23 years, I have two lovely kids and I drive. I live an ordinary life. And it’s all because of God’s extraordinary power. Favor with God & Men

SCRIPTURES on FAVOR WITH GOD & MEN (OT & NT):
(1) I associate with those who are blessed and highly favored so that I may increase in every area of my life.
Genesis 30:27 And Laban said unto him, I pray thee, if I have found favor in thine eyes, tarry: for I have learned by experience that the LORD hath blessed me for thy sake.

(2) Like Joseph, I prosper in every place and in every situation I am in, because the Lord is always with me. I, too, experience preferential treatment.Genesis 39:1 And Joseph was brought down to Egypt; and Potiphar, an officer of Pharaoh, captain of the guard, an Egyptian, bought him of the hands of the Ishmaelites, which had brought him down thither.
2 And the LORD was with Joseph, and he was a prosperous man; and he was in the house of his master the Egyptian.
3 And his master saw that the LORD was with him, and that the LORD made all that he did to prosper in his hand.
4 And Joseph found grace in his sight, and he served him: and he made him overseer over his house, and all that he had he put into his hand.
5 And it came to pass from the time that he had made him overseer in his house, and over all that he had, that the LORD blessed the Egyptian's house for Joseph's sake; and the blessing of the LORD was upon all that he had in the house, and in the field.
6 And he left all that he had in Joseph's hand; and he knew not aught he had, save the bread which he did eat. And Joseph was a goodly person, and well favored.
Gen. 39:21 But the LORD was with Joseph, and showed him mercy, and gave him favor in the sight of the keeper of the prison.

(3) The favor of God shields me; therefore, no sickness or disease can live in my body.
Deuteronomy 7:15 And the LORD will take away from thee all sickness, and will put none of the evil diseases of Egypt, which thou knowest, upon thee; but will lay them upon all them that hate thee. Psalm 5:12 For thou, LORD, wilt bless the righteous; with favor wilt thou compass him as with a shield.

(4) Wealth and riches are in my house because I am empowered with God's anointing and favor to draw wealth. Deuteronomy 8:18 But thou shalt remember the LORD thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he swore unto thy fathers, as it is this day. Psalm 112:3 Wealth and riches shall be in his house: and his righteousness endureth forever.

(5) God's favor brings promotion and causes me to increase daily. Esther 2:17 And the king loved Esther above all the women, and she obtained grace and favor in his sight more than all the virgins; so that he set the royal crown upon her head, and made her queen instead of Vashti.
Psalm 75:6 For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from
the south. 7 But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another.

(6) As the righteousness of God, I declare that I am highly favored in God's
Sight.

Job 33:26 He shall pray unto God, and he will be favorable unto him: and he shall see
his face with joy: for he will render unto man his righteousness.
Psalm 5:12 For thou, LORD,
wilt bless the righteous; with favor wilt thou compass him as with a shield.
Proverbs 14:9 Fools make a mock at sin: but among the righteous there is favor.

(7) God surrounds and protects me with favor like a shield. Psalm 5:12 For thou, LORD, wilt bless the righteous; with favor wilt thou compass him as with a shield.

(8) God is pleased with me and His favor endures for a lifetime.
Psalm 30:5 For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favor is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.

(9) The Lord takes pleasure in my prosperity. He desires for me to prosper in every area of my life--spiritually, financially, emotionally, physically, mentally and socially. Psalm 35:27 Let them shout for joy, and be glad, that favor my righteous cause: yea, let them say continually, Let the LORD be magnified, which hath pleasure in the prosperity of his servant. 3John2 Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.

(10) My enemies cannot triumph over me because the Lord has favored me. Psalm 41:11 By this I know that thou favorest me, because mine enemy doth not triumph over me.

(11) The Lord helps me to guard the door of my mouth and trains me not to
speak against His favor at work in my life.
Psalm 141:3 Set a watch, O LORD, before my mouth; keep the door of my lips.

(12) I actively seek and live by God's wisdom; therefore, I am highly favored and esteemed in the sight of God and men. Proverbs 3:1 My son, forget not my law; but let thine heart keep my commandments:
2 For length of days, and long life, and peace, shall they add to thee.
3 Let not mercy and truth forsake thee: bind them about thy neck; write them upon the table of thine heart:
4 So shalt thou find favor and good understanding in the sight of God and man.
Proverbs 8:33 Hear instruction, and be wise, and refuse it not.
34 Blessed is the man that heareth me, watching daily at my gates, waiting at the posts of my doors.
35 For whoso findeth me findeth life, and shall obtain favor of the LORD.

(13) I operate in integrity; as a result, I obtain favor from God. Proverbs 11:27 He that diligently seeketh good procureth favor: but he that seeketh mischief, it shall come unto him. Proverbs 12:2 A good man obtaineth favor of the LORD: but a man of wicked devices will he condemn.

(14) I am blessed and highly favored. Luke 1:28 And the angel came in unto her, and said, Hail, thou that art highly favored, the Lord is with thee: blessed art thou among women.

(15) Fear cannot rule in my life because I have favor with God. Luke 1:30 And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favor with God.

(16) I will not allow any corrupt communication to proceed out of my mouth. Instead, I will speak only that which is good, full of grace and edifying to others (Ephesians 4:29). Eph 4:29 Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.

Removing Gall Stones Naturally

REMOVING GALLSTONES NATURALLY
by Dr Lai Chiu-Nan

It has worked for many. If it works for you please pass on the good news. Chiu Nan is not charging for it, so we should make it free for everyone. Your reward is when someone, through your word of mouth, benefits from the regimen. Gallstones may not be everyone's concern. But they should be because we all have them. Moreover, gallstones may lead to cancer. "Cancer is never the first illness," Chiu Nan points out. "Usually, there are a lot of other problems leading to cancer.

In my research in China , I came across some materials which say that people with cancer usually have stones. We all have gallstones. It's a matter of big or small, many or few.

One of the symptoms of gallstones is a feeling of bloatedness after a heavy meal. You feel like you can't digest the food. If it gets more serious, you feel pain in the liver area." So if you think you have gallstones, Chiu Nan offers the following method to remove them naturally.

The treatment is also good for those with a weak liver, because the liver and gallbladder are closely linked.

Regimen:
1. For the first five days, take four glasses of apple juice every day. Or eat four or five apples, whichever you prefer. Apple juice softens the gallstones. During the five days, eat normally.
2. On the sixth day, take no dinner.
3. At 6 PM, take a teaspoon of Epsom salt (magnesium sulphate) with a glass of warm water.
4. At 8 PM, repeat the same. Magnesium sulphate opens the gallbladder ducts.
5. At 10 PM, take half cup olive oil (or sesame oil) with half cup fresh lemon juice. Mix it well and drink it. The oil lubricates the stones to ease their passage.

The next morning, you will find green stones in your stools. "Usually they float," Chiu Nan notes. "You might want to count them. I have had people who passes 40, 50 or up to 100 stones. Very many."

"Even if you don't have any symptoms of gallstones, you still might have some. It's always good to give your gall bladder a clean-up now and then.

Possible Treatment of Gall Bladder Stones

Two weeks ago, my son-in-law Levi sent me an email. Said email was about an Alternative Treatment for those with gall bladder stones. The theraphy could also help clean our liver.

Drugs and medicines prescribed by doctors to their patients with gall bladder stones are usually ineffective. More than that, the side effects are very real affecting even the major organs of our bodies. When one is diagnosed to have stones, confirmed by x-ray and other means used in hospitals, doctors/surgeons more than anything else, will in most cases, advise surgery.

There are other options. One can try alternative medicine!

I am posting in this blog a Remedy for Gall Bladder Stones written by a chinese that was sent to me by Levi.

It Is God's Will For You To Increase

Be Blessed, Be Prosperous and Let
THE SPIRIT OF INCREASE Overflow in your Life!

Job 8:7 Though thy beginning was small, yet thy latter end should greatly increase.
Psalm 4:7 Thou hast put gladness in my heart, more than in the time that their corn and their wine increased.
Psa 62:10 Trust not in oppression, and become not vain in robbery: if riches increase, set not your heart upon them.
Psa 115:12 The LORD hath been mindful of us: he will bless us; he will bless the house of Israel; he will bless the house of Aaron.
13 He will bless them that fear the LORD, both small and great.
14 The LORD shall increase you more and more, you and your children.
15 Ye are blessed of the LORD which made heaven and earth.
Prov 11:24 There is that scattereth, and yet increaseth; and there is that withholdeth more than is meet, but it tendeth to poverty.
John 10:10b I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

Put yourself in a position for God to Bless/Increase/Prosper you by:

1) Keeping covenant with God – Deut. 6:1-9Deut 6:3 Hear therefore, O Israel, and observe to do it; that it may be well with thee, and that ye may increase mightily, as the LORD God of thy fathers hath promised thee, in the land that floweth with milk and honey.

2)Put God’s Word First in your life – Joshua 1:8; Psalm 1:1-3
Joshua 1:8 This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.
Psalm 1:1 Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.
2 But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.
3 And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.
Act 6:7 And the word of God increased; and the number of the disciples multiplied in Jerusalem greatly; and a great company of the priests were obedient to the faith.

3) Be Willing & Obedient – Job 36:11
Job 36:11 If they obey and serve him, they shall spend their days in prosperity, and their years in pleasures.
Isaiah 1:19 If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land:

Obedience always bring the Blessings of God in ones life! Conversely speaking, Disobedience hinders/blocks God’s blessings!

4) Be Diligent & Work Hard – Prov. 13:4,11
Prov 13:4 The soul of the sluggard (idler) desireth, and hath nothing: but the soul of the diligent (hard-working, industrious, persistent, tireless) shall be made fat.
Prov 13:11 Wealth gotten by vanity shall be diminished: but he that gathereth by labor shall increase.
2Thes 3:10 For even when we were with you, this we commanded you, that if any would not work, neither should he eat.

5) Live & Act on the Law of Seedtime & Harvest – Gen. 8:22
Gen 8:22 While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease.

Sowing & Reaping – Gal. 6:7,9-10
Gal 6:7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.
Gal 6:9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.
Gal 6:10 As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.

“You are never without a seed” – sow a good deed, kindness.
Moses was asked by God, What is that in your hand?
Do something!
When you tithe, you are saying: Thank you LORD for being the Source of my Total Supply, my Jehovah-Jireh. Malachi 3:10-11.Luke 6:38 Give, and it shall be given unto you, good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.
Phil 4:15 Now ye Philippians know also, that in the beginning of the gospel, when I departed from Macedonia, no church communicated with me as concerning giving and receiving, but ye only. Phil. 4:15-19

Give heartily & with joy in your heart.
2Cor 9:7 Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.
8 And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:

6) Increase by association – Prov. 13:20; Phil. 1:3-7
Chose carefully those that you want to be associated with. People that you want to be known with. Chose wisely and well for they will affect and influence you for good or bad; they will add to you or subtract from you; they will pull you up or down; they will have a tremendous impact on your life that can last for a lifetime!

Proverbs 13:20 He that walketh with wise men shall be wise: but a companion of fools shall be destroyed.
Prov 9:9 Give instruction to a wise man, and he will be yet wiser: teach a just man, and he will increase in learning.
Ex.: Laban – Gen. 30:27
Genesis 30:27 And Laban said unto him, I pray thee, if I have found favor in thine eyes, tarry: for I have learned by experience that the LORD hath blessed me for thy sake.
Gen 30:30 For it was little which thou hadst before I came, and it is now increased unto a multitude; and the LORD hath blessed thee since my coming:

Joseph & Potiphar
Gen 39:1 And Joseph was brought down to Egypt; and Potiphar, an officer of Pharaoh, captain of the guard, an Egyptian, bought him of the hands of the Ishmaelites, which had brought him down thither.

Go and associate yourself with people of faith. Men and women who knows how to live by faith. Those who have experienced in their faith walk the goodness, faithfulness and trustworthiness of our God and Savior the LORD Jesus Christ. They will infect you with their zeal for the LORD. Their mouth will speak and declare the wonderful works of God in their lives. Learn from them. Imitate and follow them, as they walk with God! Then, you will become like them (transference of spirit).
